1.范圍
本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了獺兔皮的技術(shù)要求、檢驗(yàn)方法、檢驗(yàn)規(guī)則、包裝、標(biāo)志、貯存、運(yùn)輸。
本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于獺兔皮的初加工、收購(gòu)和銷(xiāo)售的質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)。

The standard regulates rex-rabbit-skin's technology need， checkout method, checkout rule packing, sign, stockpile, transportation
The standard applies to rex-rabbit-skin’s quality checkout of first process, purchase and sell .

2.1絨毛豐厚
絨毛稠密，手感豐滿(mǎn)，光澤好，有彈性，毛面平整。

2.2 絨毛較豐厚
絨毛略見(jiàn)豐滿(mǎn)，光澤較好，有彈性，毛面平整。
Slight heavy fur
Slight plumpy floss, preferably luster, have elasticity , leave off surface
2.3 絨毛略稀疏
絨毛較顯空疏，光澤較弱，毛面欠平整。
Underwool slightly loose
Slight loosfur , slight ebb luste , un-leave off surface.
2.4 旋毛

2.5 老板皮
老齡兔的皮，皮板厚硬，板面顯粗糙，鞣制時(shí)不易鞣透而皮板發(fā)硬。

3.1 Process request
加工要求
3.1.1 Butcher and peel properly, get rid of the head , trail and calf.
宰剝適當(dāng)，去掉頭 、尾和小腿。
3.1.2.1 Special grade:
特等 ：絨毛豐滿(mǎn)、平整、細(xì)潔、富有彈性，毛色純正，光澤油潤(rùn)，無(wú)突出的針毛，無(wú)旋毛，無(wú)損傷；板質(zhì)良好，厚薄適中，全皮面積在1400cm²以上。

3.2.1.2 First grade
一等：絨毛豐滿(mǎn)、平整、細(xì)潔、富有彈性，毛色純正，光澤油潤(rùn)，無(wú)突出的針毛，無(wú)旋毛，無(wú)損傷；板質(zhì)良好，厚薄適中，全皮面積在1200cm²

3.2.1.3 Second grade
二等：絨毛較豐厚 、平整、細(xì)潔、有油性，毛色較純正，板質(zhì)和面積與一等皮相同；或板質(zhì)和面積與一等皮相同，在次要部位可帶少量突出的針毛；或絨毛與板質(zhì)與一等皮相同，全皮面積在1000cm²以上；或具有一等皮質(zhì)量，在次要部位帶小的損傷。

3.2.1.4 Third grade
三等：絨毛略稀疏，欠平整，板質(zhì)和面積符合一等皮要求；或絨毛和板質(zhì)符合一等皮要求，全皮面積為800cm ²以上；或絨毛和板質(zhì)符合一等皮要求，在主要部位帶小的損傷；或具有二等皮的質(zhì)量，在次要部位帶小的損傷。
slightly sparsity fur , not leave off , board quality and area are the same to the first grade , or floss and board quality are the same to the first grade , the whole skin area beyard 800sq.cm., floss and board quality are the same to the first grade , the main place have small damnification , or have the second quality , the subordination place have small damnification .
3.2.2 等內(nèi)皮的絨毛長(zhǎng)度均要應(yīng)達(dá)到1.3cm-2.2cm。色型之間無(wú)比差。
The length of endothelium floss is 1.3cm-2.2cm,colour and type have no difference .
3.2.3 老板皮和不符合等內(nèi)要求的，列為等外皮。
The old rabbit skin and not accord with the grade request are substandard skin .
3.2.4 等級(jí)比差：
特等為140%；一等為100%；二等為 70%；三等為40%。
Grade compare difference:
the special grade is 140% ; the first grade is 100% ; the second grade is 70% ; the third grade is 40%
4、檢驗(yàn)方法

4.1 檢驗(yàn)工具、設(shè)備與條件

4.1.1 工具：米尺
Tool : meter ruler
4.1.2 設(shè)備：操作臺(tái)
Equipment: operate desk
4.2.1絨毛檢驗(yàn)：
將皮毛面朝上，平放于操作臺(tái)上，用一只手壓住皮的尾部，用另一只手捏住皮的頸部并上下抖動(dòng)，觀(guān)察絨毛的顏色、光澤、細(xì)潔、密度、毛面平整程度，有無(wú)傷殘缺損等。然后用捏頸部皮板的手撫摸絨毛，感覺(jué)絨毛的密度、厚度、彈性程度，以及用口吹絨毛，進(jìn)一步檢查絨毛的密度及傷殘等。
Fur checkout:
the coat is toward up side , put it on the operate desk , press down the trail with one hand , nip the cervix and dithering up and down with the other hand, observe the downy colour, luster , thin-clean, density , the degree of fur surface flat and damage , etc. Then touch the floss with the hand of nipping the cervix skin , feeling the downy density , thickness, the degree of elasticity and blow the floss , in order to check the downy density and damage , etc .
4.2.2絨毛長(zhǎng)度檢驗(yàn)：
在皮的兩側(cè)中部適當(dāng)部位，將絨毛撥開(kāi)量其長(zhǎng)度。

Poke the floss and measure the length at the proper place of the two side middle part
4.2.3 皮板檢驗(yàn)：
將皮翻轉(zhuǎn)，板面朝上，觀(guān)察皮形是否完整、有無(wú)損傷、油性大小、脂肪與殘肉是否除凈、板面的顏色等，手感皮板的厚薄、軟硬等。
Skin-board check:
Overturn the skin , the board surface toward upside , observe whether skin shape are integrity , damaged, the magnitude of oil nature , if the fat and remainder flesh are all get rid of , the color of board surface etc, the skin board thickness , soft and forcibly etc.
4.2.4 面積測(cè)量：
用米尺自頸部中間到尾根量出全皮的長(zhǎng)度，從能夠代表全皮平均寬度的部位（一般為腰間適當(dāng)部位）量出寬度，長(zhǎng)度乘以寬度即為全皮面積。
Area measure:
Measure the length of the whole skin from cervix to trail root with meter ruler , measure the width from the place which can represent the whole skin average width (generally it is the proper place of waist), the whole skin area equal to length width .
5 Checkout ruler:
檢測(cè)規(guī)則
5.1抽樣檢驗(yàn)：5件以下（含5件）逐張檢驗(yàn)，6件以上的部分隨機(jī)抽驗(yàn)不少于20%。
Sample checkout: When it is below five pieces (include five pieces) , check every sheet , when it is more than six pieces , voluntarily check out more than 20% .
5.2 購(gòu)銷(xiāo)雙方按本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)，檢驗(yàn)誤差為5%。
Purchase and sale side check with the standard , the error is 5% .
5.3 如對(duì)檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果出現(xiàn)異議，則對(duì)有異議的部分進(jìn)行復(fù)驗(yàn)。如雙方 對(duì)復(fù)驗(yàn)的結(jié)果仍存在異議，則需雙方通過(guò)協(xié)商解決。
If you have demurral with the check result , you should observe the demurral place again . If both sides remain have demurral with the result , the both sides should be settle it with negotiate .
6. 包裝、貯存、標(biāo)志、運(yùn)輸

6.1 包裝
按照等級(jí)將毛面對(duì)毛面，板面對(duì)板面的碼摞，每50張用繩打成一捆。每4捆裝于包裝袋內(nèi)為一件。

According to the grade standard to pile up with feather surface face to feather surface , board surface face to board surface, Per 50 sheets is a bundle . Put per 4 bundle to the packaging , it is one piece .
6.2貯存
庫(kù)房?jī)?nèi)存放。庫(kù)房要清潔、干凈、通風(fēng)、防蟲(chóng)、防鼠、防潮、防雨。
Reserve
Put them in the storeroom. The storeroom should be clean , dry , aeration, defending insect , defending rat ,dmpptoof ,defending rain .
6.3 標(biāo)志
每件包裝上應(yīng)掛牢已填寫(xiě)清楚的標(biāo)簽。標(biāo)簽樣式如下：

6.4 運(yùn)輸
運(yùn)輸工具要清潔，運(yùn)輸過(guò)程中要嚴(yán)防雨淋和曝曬。
