1. BUSINESS LICENSE OF LEGAL ENTITY is the document to certify that the enterprise has obtained the qualification of legal entity and undertake lawful operations. 《企業(yè)法人營業(yè)執(zhí)照》是企業(yè)法人資格和合法經(jīng)營的憑證。     

2. BUSINESS LICENSE OF LEGAL ENTITY includes the original copy and duplicate, which are equally binding. 《企業(yè)法人營業(yè)執(zhí)照》分為正本和副本，二者具有同等法律效力。

3.The original shall be put up on eye-catching place of the living place of legal representative. 原件應(yīng)置放與法人住所的醒目位置。

4. The business license shall not be forged, altered, leased, lent and transferred. 《企業(yè)法人營業(yè)執(zhí)照》不得被偽造、涂改、出租、出借或出讓。

5.Any organization or individual cannot suspend, take over or cancel the license other than the registration institute. 除發(fā)證機(jī)關(guān)外，任何組織及個(gè)人無權(quán)暫停、占有及取消此執(zhí)照。

6.The corporation shall undertake business operations within the registered scope of business. 企業(yè)應(yīng)按照注冊(cè)的經(jīng)營范圍營運(yùn)公司。

7.The corporation shall apply to original registration institute for changing registration in case of any changes in the registration items.企業(yè)如需變更注冊(cè)項(xiàng)目，須向發(fā)證機(jī)關(guān)提出申請(qǐng)。

8.The corporation shall participate the yearly inspection organized by registration institute at any time from March 1st to June 30th each year.企業(yè)應(yīng)在每年三月一日至六月三十日期間參加年檢。

9.The original and duplicates of the license shall be returned when the license is cancelled. At the same time the license becomes invalid when cancelled by registration institute. 注銷《企業(yè)法人營業(yè)執(zhí)照》后，應(yīng)交回正本和副本。

10.If the BUSINESS LICENSE OF LEGAL ENTITY is lost or destroyed, the corporation shall declare invalid on newspaper or magazine authorized by the registration institute, and apply for a new one subsequently.《企業(yè)法人營業(yè)執(zhí)照》遺失或者毀壞的，應(yīng)當(dāng)在公司登記機(jī)關(guān)指定的報(bào)刊上聲明作廢，申請(qǐng)補(bǔ)領(lǐng).
