AGREEMENT OF REAL ESTATE ON BROKERAGE EXHIBITION & FAIR

　　甲方(主辦方)： Party A:(Host)

　　乙方 (參展方)： Party B:(Client)

　　甲方作為房地產(chǎn)經(jīng)紀(jì)展交會(huì)主要承辦單位，向乙方發(fā)出參展及參會(huì)邀請;乙方接受甲方邀請，并提出參展或參會(huì)申請。雙方認(rèn)同并遵守如下協(xié)議：

　　As a main host of the Real Estate on Brokerage Exhibition and Fair ,Party A invites Party B to take part in the exhibition and fair; With the applications of this exhibition, Party B accepts the invitation of the Party A. Both Parties confirm and abide by the following agreements:

　　一、參展參會(huì)程序Schedule of Participating

　　1.欲參會(huì)嘉賓按要求填寫參會(huì)報(bào)名表，欲參展企業(yè)按要求填寫參展報(bào)名表并加蓋企業(yè)公章，然后傳真給甲方。

　　The honour guests are required to fill in the Registry Form of Participant ,so are the enterprises with their seals on the form, and fax the form to Party A.

　　2.甲方收到乙方申請，并表示接受后，通過代理人以書面形式通知乙方。

　　On receipt of the application of Party B, Party A, if accepts, should give a written notification to Party B through an agent.

　　雙方簽訂本協(xié)議。This agreement will be made by both parties.

　　二、甲方權(quán)利和義務(wù)The rights and obligations of Party A

　　1.保證會(huì)議如期舉行，并為乙方提供展覽或出席會(huì)議及自由交流的機(jī)會(huì)。

　　To guarantee the holding of the exhibition on schedule, and offer opportunities of exhibiting, attending and free communicating for Party A.

　　2.為乙方提供展覽預(yù)訂的場地及設(shè)施;如需特別裝飾，甲方協(xié)助安排，另外收取費(fèi)用。

　　To provide the booked locations and facilities for Party B,If special decoration is required, Party A helps to make an arrangement for it with extra fees.

　　3.為乙方參會(huì)人員安排會(huì)議期間的住宿和餐飲服務(wù)。乙方參會(huì)人員如不接受會(huì)議提供的統(tǒng)一服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)而自己選擇酒店，甲方退還會(huì)議費(fèi)中已包含的住宿和餐飲費(fèi)用，并協(xié)助乙方安排，費(fèi)用由乙方自行承擔(dān)。

　　To make accommodation for the members of Party B as well as provide them with food and beverage services. If the members of Party B choose their own hotels rather than accepting the standard service offered by the exhibition, Party A will return the accommodation and food and beverage fees to Party B, which are included in the exhibition fees, and will help Party B to make the arrangements. The arrangement fees should be paid by Party B.

　　4.為乙方參展人員推薦住宿和餐飲服務(wù)，費(fèi)用由乙方自行承擔(dān)。

　　To recommend the accommodation for the members of Party A as well as provide them with food and beverage services, and the fees should be paid by Party B.

　　5.會(huì)議結(jié)束后，協(xié)助乙方預(yù)訂返程機(jī)票及旅游安排。

　　To assist Party B to book the return tickets of airplane and make tour arrangements for them after the exhibition and forum.

　　三、乙方權(quán)利及義務(wù)The rights and obligations of Party B

　　1.向甲方申請標(biāo)準(zhǔn)展位_____個(gè)，費(fèi)用總計(jì)為_____ USD。

　　To apply Party A for_____ standard stands, the total fees are ____ USD.

　　2.向甲方申請參加展交會(huì)中的論壇 人，費(fèi)用總計(jì)為 USD

　　To apply Party A for ______members which will participate in the forum, and the total fees are _____USD.

　　3.其它申請：Other applications.

　　參會(huì)期間及在中國境內(nèi)，須遵守中國法律。

　　To abide by the Chinese law during the time of exhibition and in Chinese territory.

　　四、匯款Remittance

　　1.本協(xié)議簽訂后3日內(nèi)，乙方將參展或參會(huì)的全部費(fèi)用，通過銀行匯入展交會(huì)指定帳戶： Within 3 days after this agreement is made, Party B will, in a bank, remit the exhibition and fair fees to the appointed account of Party A .

　　2.甲方收到乙方匯款后，3日內(nèi)向乙方發(fā)出參展或參會(huì)通知。

　　Party A delivers the notice of participating the exhibition or fair, after receiving the remittance from Party A.

　　五、其它Others

　　1.雙方在執(zhí)行本協(xié)議過程中出現(xiàn)違約或糾紛，可通過法律手段解決。

　　Any breaks or disputes during the implement of this agreement will be solved in terms of the law of China.

　　2.本協(xié)議一式三份，甲乙雙方及甲方在美國的代理人各執(zhí)一份;自雙方簽字之日起生效，有效期至展交會(huì)結(jié)束及雙方完全履行應(yīng)盡權(quán)利和義務(wù)。

　　This agreement is drawn up in triplicate, and Party A ,Party B and Party A’s agent in USA each have one copy; It takes effect since the signing date of this contract. The time of efficacy does not terminate until the end of the exhibition and fair and the time before the fulfillment of the rights and obligations with regard to both parties.
