什么是專利翻譯

       1)專利翻譯重復內(nèi)容多。

　　尤其是專利的中翻英，Summary部分基本不用翻，基本是claims的原文，當然，要注意轉換一下，may，can，preferably等等這些形式。重復內(nèi)容能占到一半。

　　2)專利翻譯有翻譯方法。

　　專利有固定的書寫格式，語法語式等，需要熟練掌握專利文件的固定格式的專用名稱翻譯。

　　專利翻譯也有其難的部分

　　1)有技術內(nèi)容。

　　專利畢竟是技術類文檔，其本身的理解就需要譯者有一定的技術背景。

　　2)表達必須準確無誤。

　　翻譯里面難的部分是，外語里面有的東西，中文沒有的，或不太講究的。

　　此外，要想做到準確無誤，必須能夠區(qū)分一些常用的表達事物之間關系的詞語之區(qū)別，并加以熟練運用。

　　注意：其中描述省略號部分內(nèi)容時，何種情況用分句，何種情況用名詞性短語，按照最基本的英語語法來判斷并正確使用。專利中文文摘中，往往出現(xiàn)很多短小分句，要按照英語語法的要求和句意進行整合，不能既有分句又有名詞性成分簡單羅列。

　　二、部分專利翻譯要求

　　1. 文中不要使用過多的連詞符。

　　2. 翻譯中有詞語漏翻，個別詞語和句子翻譯的不夠準確，注意專利術語要使用正確。

　　3. 同一詞語前后使用表達要保持一致。

　　4. 對于攝氏度的正確表達方法是DEG C

　　26. 翻譯中的標號要中英文完全保持一致，避免漏標和錯標

　　27. 注意標點符號后首字母的大小寫，分號，逗號之后的首字母不要大寫;

　　29. 長句中的多個短句的定語從句要準確對應原文，可以適當分成單獨的句子翻譯，不要都直接用逗號隔開使譯文與原意不符;
