重要的國際，由于是依法成立的具有法律約束力的文件，所以合同的草擬者要習慣采用書面的形式，使用法律詞匯，以顯示合同的正規(guī)、莊嚴、準確、規(guī)范以及威嚴的語言特色。

    句中的convene（召開）和 dispatch（分發(fā)）為大字眼，即合同的正式用詞。convene比hold和 assemble要正式，dispatch比spreadout和hand out要正式。The work shall be performed in accordance with the provisions of the Contract.
    工程須按照合同條款規(guī)定進行。inaccordancewith在合同等法律文件中常用，比accordingto要正式。
