    ① If the patient or his family has a history of allergic conditions such as bronchial asthma, eruption and urticaria, KEDACILLIN should be given care- fuly.
    患者或其家族有過敏史，如支氣管哮喘、皮疹、尊麻疹者，慎用磺節(jié)青霉素鈉。
    ② KEDACILLIN should be administered carefully to patients with severe renal or hepatic damage.
    肝腎疾患嚴(yán)重者，慎用本品。
    ③ As KEDACILLIN contains 4.8 mEq/Gm. of sodium, KEDACILLIN should be given carefuly by measuring electrolyte concentration periodicaly when the administration of high dosage for long term is required to the patients with  cardiac or renal insuficiency, and hypertension.  renal insuficiency, and hypertension.
    因磺節(jié)青霉素鈉每克含鈉4.8毫當(dāng)量，故心臟病、腎臟病和高血壓患者大劑量、長(zhǎng)期用藥時(shí)應(yīng)慎重，并應(yīng)定期檢查電解質(zhì)濃度。
    ④ Periodical examination of hepatic or renal function and blood picture is desirable since KEDACILLIN may increase SGOT, SGPT, and BUN,and decrease erythrocyte and leucocyte. 
    因磺節(jié)青霉素鈉可使血清谷一草轉(zhuǎn)氨酶、血清谷丙轉(zhuǎn)氨酶和血液尿素氮增加，并使紅細(xì)胞和白細(xì)胞減少，故應(yīng)定期檢查肝、腎功能和血像。
