　　進度計劃及影響工期的主要因素

　　1.1 PROJECT SCHEDULE ACTIVITIES施工計劃編制說明

　　根據(jù)招標文件的要求，本工程工期要求為：計劃于2011年11月開工。我方根據(jù)自身情況確定本工程工期目標，并響應(yīng)招標文件要求。一旦我公司有幸中標將按照招標文件指定日期計劃于2011年11月按時開工，2011年4月竣工，嚴格按照總工期要求安排施工。該時間包括材料采購、材料試驗、臨時場地建設(shè)以及招標文件范圍改造裝飾裝修項目的施工。

　　1.3 THE DYNAMIC BUILDING SCHEDULE 動態(tài)的進度計劃

　　施工準備階段：根據(jù)招標文件對工期等相關(guān)項目的要求并結(jié)合我公司的人員、設(shè)備等情況，按合理利用資源、優(yōu)化安排分項工程進度的原則進行編制，考慮到該工程工期緊張，相應(yīng)的施工準備時間比較短，為保證工程盡早開工，期間臨時工程的建設(shè)與清理工程、工人進場安排、施工準備等工作同時進行，在工程的開始階段，如果管理人員因臨時設(shè)施暫時不能滿足使用時，考慮暫借業(yè)主單位的辦公房屋作為臨時設(shè)施解決方案，待和業(yè)主協(xié)商好我方可使用的臨時設(shè)施后，我方所有人員設(shè)備搬遷到我方臨時辦公區(qū)并集中統(tǒng)一管理。施工準備階段是工程順利開工的關(guān)鍵，該工作的好壞直接影響到工期進度，我公司在該階段將在全公司范圍內(nèi)抽調(diào)經(jīng)驗豐富的管理人員和施工人員進行該工作的實施。

　　3、TECHNICAL MEASURES 確保工期的技術(shù)組織措施

　　在投標階段，我公司就著手一切開工的前期準備工作，包括項目管理機構(gòu)及人員、勞務(wù)分包的選擇、機械設(shè)備的投入、施工安排、施工組織和技術(shù)方案的研究和優(yōu)選等，如果業(yè)主信任我公司一旦認可我公司中標，從宣布中標后，在業(yè)主許可的情況下，我公司將會立即組織人員前往工地現(xiàn)場，并著手開始進行現(xiàn)場平面規(guī)劃、臨建安排和臨水、臨電布置，施工現(xiàn)場清理，勞動力和機械設(shè)備的進場、各種施工證件的辦理、施工進度的安排等。從技術(shù)和現(xiàn)場方面等方面的準備工作具體如下：

　　此計劃要求的是在工程開工前所必須的物資供應(yīng)商、建設(shè)單位委托的專業(yè)施工隊合約簽訂期限和進場時間。由于本工程施工工期為93天，而且是各專業(yè)同步穿插施工，因此工期緊、任務(wù)重，所以對分供方和專業(yè)施工隊的選擇是極其重要的工作。在此計劃中充分體現(xiàn)對分供方和專業(yè)施工隊的發(fā)標、資質(zhì)審查、考察、報審和合同簽訂期限和進場時間要求。在進場后，我們將依據(jù)各分供方和專業(yè)施工隊計劃，建立與工程施工進度配套的計劃。
