為什么中秋節(jié)要吃月餅英文解釋
相傳,中秋吃月餅最早可以上溯到周代,源自我們民族祭月拜月的一種儀式,可以說是自然拜物教的一種表現(xiàn)。月餅最初是用來祭奉月神的祭品,后來人們逐漸把中秋賞月與品嘗月餅,作為家人團圓的象征,慢慢月餅也就成了節(jié)日的禮品。
月餅,在我國有著悠久的歷史。據(jù)史料記載,早在殷、周時期,江、浙一帶就有一種紀念太師聞仲的邊薄心厚的“太師餅”,此乃我國月餅的“始祖”。漢代張騫出使西域時,引進芝麻、胡桃,為月餅的制作增添了輔料,這時便出現(xiàn)了以胡桃仁為餡的圓形餅,名曰“胡餅”。
唐代,民間已有從事生產(chǎn)的餅師,京城長安也開始出現(xiàn)糕餅鋪。據(jù)說,有一年中秋之夜,唐玄宗和楊貴妃賞月吃胡餅時,唐玄宗嫌“胡餅”名字不好聽,楊貴妃仰望皎潔的明月,脫口而出“月餅”,從此“月餅”的名稱便在民間逐漸流傳開。
北宋皇家中秋節(jié)喜歡吃一種“宮餅”,民間俗稱為“小餅”、“月團”。蘇東坡有詩云:“小餅如嚼月,中有酥和怡?!?/span>
對于中秋節(jié)為什么吃月餅的說法,民間故事的說法則更加多彩多樣,有神話傳說,也有歷史故事。

According to legend,the Mid-Autumn festival to eat moon cakes can be traced back to the zhou dynasty,from our national worship on a ceremony,can be said to be a manifestation of natural fetism.Mooncakes were originally used to offer sacrifices to the god of the moon.Later,people began to appreciate the moon and taste mooncakes on the Mid-Autumn festival.As a symbol of family reunion,mooncakes gradually became festival gifts.
Mooncakes have a long history in our country.According to historical records,as early as in the Yin and zhou dynasties,there was a kind of thin border and thick heart in the area of jiangsu and zhejiang in memory of the great teacher wen zhong"tai shi cake",which is the"ancestor"of Chinese moon cakes.During the han dynasty,when zhang qian was on a diplomatic mission to the western regions,he introduced sesame seeds and walnuts,which added supplementary materials to the mooncake production.At this time,a round cake with walnut kernel as the filling appeared,known as"hu cake".
In the tang dynasty,the folk already engaged in the production of cake,the capital chang'an also began to appear cake shop.It is said that on the night of the Mid-Autumn festival,when tang xuanzong and Yang guifei were enjoying the moon and eating hu cakes,tang xuanzong was displeased with the name"hu cakes".Yang guifei looked up at the bright moon and blurted out"moon cakes".From then on,the name of"moon cakes"gradually spread among the people.
The royal Mid-Autumn festival in the northern song dynasty liked to eat a kind of"palace cake",commonly known as"small cake","moon ball".Su dongpo has a poem:"small cake such as chew on the month,there are crisp and happy."
As to why mooncakes are eaten during the Mid-Autumn festival,folk tales are more colorful,ranging from myths to historical stories.
