　　聘任方(簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)甲方)：工業(yè)大學(xué)

　　Appointing Side(hereinafter referred to as Party A) Institute of Technology

　　受聘方(簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)乙方)：Appointed Side(hereinafter referred to as Party B)

　　受聘方合作導(dǎo)師(簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)丙方)：

　　Co-supervisor of Appointed Side(hereinafter referred to as Party C)

　　甲、乙、丙三方自愿簽定本合同并保證認(rèn)真履行合同中規(guī)定的各項(xiàng)條款。

　　The above triple sides have voluntarily signed this contract and guaranteed to fulfill the articles stipulated in the contract to the letter.

　　第一條 聘任與聘期 Article 1 Appointment and Tenure

　　甲方聘請(qǐng)乙方擔(dān)任境外合作博士生導(dǎo)師的聘期為5年，自乙方與丙方合作所招收第一個(gè)的博士研究生入學(xué)之日起生效。

　　Party A appoints Party B as overseas part-time doctoral co-supervisor for five years. The tenure of office is validated from the admission date of the doctoral candidate.

　　第二條 對(duì)乙方的工作要求 Article 2 Work Requirements of Party B

　　在相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的前沿方向，按照甲方的有關(guān)規(guī)定和要求培養(yǎng)高水平的博士生，主要包括：

　　In the frontier of the related discipline, the overseas co-supervisor should cultivate high level doctoral students according to the requirements of Party A, including:

　　1. 和丙方一起共同對(duì)博士研究生的培養(yǎng)及博士學(xué)位論文指導(dǎo)負(fù)全面責(zé)任，主要工作包括：Party B, coupled with Party C, full responsibilities for doctoral education and dissertation supervision jointly assumed include:

　　選擇生源，對(duì)博士研究生的錄取進(jìn)行把關(guān);

　　Choose appropriate source of doctoral students，and examine the admission qualifications of the doctoral candidate;

　　指導(dǎo)博士研究生制定個(gè)人培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃;

　　Guide the doctoral student to formulate personal scheme for doctoral education;

　　指導(dǎo)博士研究生確定研究方向和研究課題;

　　Guide the doctoral student to determine research direction and research focus;

　　指導(dǎo)博士研究生撰寫(xiě)學(xué)術(shù)論文和博士學(xué)位論文;

　　Guide the doctoral student to write academic papers and doctoral dissertation;

　　組織博士學(xué)位論文的開(kāi)題報(bào)告、預(yù)答辯和答辯。

　　Organize doctoral students to submit research proposal, and conduct pilot and final viva.

　　2. 為相關(guān)領(lǐng)域研究生、本科生開(kāi)設(shè)課程或系列專(zhuān)題講座;

　　Provide courses or workshops for postgraduates and undergraduates in the related fields;

　　3. 與學(xué)科建設(shè)、研究生培養(yǎng)有關(guān)的其他工作。

　　Other work related to the discipline construction and postgraduate education.

　　第三條 義務(wù)與權(quán)利 Article 3 Duties and Rights

　　一、甲方義務(wù)與權(quán)利 Duties and Rights of Party A

　　1. 在聘期內(nèi)，同意乙方以合作導(dǎo)師身份在甲方招生和培養(yǎng)博士研究生，占丙方的招生指標(biāo)。

　　In the tenure, Party B, coupled with Party C, recruit and supervise doctoral candidates of Party A, which displaces the enrollment quota of Party C.

　　2. 根據(jù)本合同規(guī)定的有關(guān)條款對(duì)乙方工作定期進(jìn)行評(píng)估和考核。

　　In the light of the related provisions stipulated in the contract, Party A will undertake regular assessment and evaluation with respect to the work of Party B.

　　二、乙方義務(wù)與權(quán)利Duties and Rights of Party B

　　1. 以合作博士生導(dǎo)師的身份招收及指導(dǎo)甲方博士生。

　　In the name of co-supervisor, recruit and supervise doctoral candidates of Party A.

　　2. 完成本合同第二條所規(guī)定的工作要求。

　　Party B fulfills the work requirements stipulated in Article 2 of this contract.

　　3. 與丙方共同保證為博士生提供相應(yīng)博士生培養(yǎng)基金中應(yīng)支付的助研津貼。

　　Party B together with Party C guarantee to provide the doctoral student with research allowance from the funding for doctoral education.

　　4. 在甲方工作期間，可使用甲方一切可開(kāi)放的公共服務(wù)設(shè)施。

　　During the course of the tenure, Party B is entitled to utilize all facilities (open to the public) of Party A.

　　三、丙方義務(wù)與權(quán)利 Duties and Rights of Party C

　　1. 與乙方合作招收和培養(yǎng)博士生。

　　Party C, coupled with Party B, recruit and supervise doctoral candidates.

　　2. 與乙方共同保證為博士生提供相應(yīng)博士生培養(yǎng)基金中應(yīng)支付的助研津貼。

　　Party C, coupled with Party B, should guarantee to provide the doctoral student with research allowance from the funding for doctoral education.

　　3. 與乙方商議解決其來(lái)校的旅差費(fèi)及其在甲方工作期間所需的其它有關(guān)費(fèi)用。

　　Party C should negotiate with Party B to settle his/her travel expenses and other cost during his or her work at HIT.

　　4.當(dāng)乙方不能履行合作導(dǎo)師職責(zé)時(shí)，丙方應(yīng)承擔(dān)和乙方合作培養(yǎng)的未畢業(yè)博士研究生的導(dǎo)師職責(zé)。

　　Given that the overseas co-supervisor is unable to fulfill his/her her duty, Party C should assume the responsibility to supervise the doctoral student who works under the guidance of Party B.

　　5. 與乙方進(jìn)行深入的學(xué)術(shù)交流及合作。

　　Party C should be engaged in in-depth academic exchange and cooperation with Party B.

　　第四條 成果的歸屬 Article 4 Intellectual Property

　　1. 甲方博士生在攻讀學(xué)位期間所取得的科研成果屬于職務(wù)成果。

　　The research achievement of the doctoral student of Party A is viewed as professional.

　　2. 如果博士生的學(xué)位論文工作主要在甲方完成，則其發(fā)表的學(xué)術(shù)論文、著作等，第一作者單位和通訊作者單位均應(yīng)為甲方;申報(bào)的有關(guān)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)和專(zhuān)利等，第一完成人均應(yīng)為甲方。

　　Given that the doctoral dissertation is mainly completed at HIT (Party A), the first author and the correspondence address of the publication, papers or works, should be Party A (HIT); and the institution of the first author applying for awards or patents should be Party A.

　　3. 如果博士生在乙方單位工作較長(zhǎng)時(shí)間，且學(xué)位論文工作主要在乙方單位完成，則作為甲方博士生畢業(yè)要求規(guī)定必須發(fā)表的學(xué)術(shù)論文，第一作者單位和通訊作者單位均應(yīng)為甲方。

　　If the doctoral candidate works at the institution of Party B longer than that of Party A, and the dissertation is mainly completed at that of Party B, for meeting the graduation requirement of Party A, the first author and the correspondence address of the academic paper published for doctoral degree should be Party A.

　　第五條 考核 Article 5 Assessment

　　1. 校學(xué)位委員會(huì)專(zhuān)家組將根據(jù)情況對(duì)乙方在甲方的工作情況進(jìn)行考核。

　　The experts of HIT Academic Degree Committee will assess and evaluate the work done by Party B at HIT.

　　2. 乙方應(yīng)于聘期結(jié)束前三個(gè)月提交《合作導(dǎo)師培養(yǎng)博士生工作總結(jié)報(bào)告》。

　　Party B should submit《Report of Doctoral Education from HIT Overseas Part-time Doctoral Co-Supervisor》three months ahead at the end of the tenure.

　　3. 校學(xué)位委員會(huì)專(zhuān)家組將對(duì)乙方培養(yǎng)博士生的情況進(jìn)行考核及評(píng)價(jià)?？己撕细裾?，具備申請(qǐng)續(xù)聘我校境外兼職合作博士生導(dǎo)師的資格。

　　The experts of HIT Academic Degree Committee will undertake assessment and evaluation about the doctoral education of Party B. If assessed as qualified, Party B is allowed to apply for renewing his/her contract of Doctoral Co-supervisor.

　　第六條 合同的變更與解除Article 6 Change and Disengagement of Contract

　　1. 如乙方在聘期內(nèi)不能履行本合同所規(guī)定的職責(zé)，或考核不合格，經(jīng)甲方學(xué)位委員會(huì)常委會(huì)審議，甲方有權(quán)終止本合同。

　　If Party B during the tenure of office could not fulfill the duties stipulated in the contract, or fails in the assessment，Party A is entitled to terminate the present contract with the consent of HIT Standing Academic Degree Committee.

　　2. 除發(fā)生不可抗力因素致使合同無(wú)法履行外，各方應(yīng)嚴(yán)格履行合同中的各項(xiàng)條款。如發(fā)生爭(zhēng)議，各方應(yīng)協(xié)商處理，對(duì)合同有關(guān)條款的變更，應(yīng)征得各方同意。

　　Except for irresistible forces which may result in the failure to fulfill the contract, the triple sides (Party A, Party B and Party C) should observe each article stipulated in the contract. If dispute arises, the triple sides should negotiate to settle the dispute. Any change about the articles in the contract needs the consent of the triple sides involved.

　　第七條 合同執(zhí)行的相關(guān)事項(xiàng)Article 7 Related Issues about the Contract

　　如合同到期時(shí)乙方所合作指導(dǎo)的博士生還有未答辯者，乙方應(yīng)繼續(xù)參與指導(dǎo)博士生至畢業(yè)，或由丙方繼續(xù)指導(dǎo)博士生至畢業(yè)。

　　Given that the contract is mature, the doctoral candidate supervised by Party B is unable to take viva, Party B should continue to supervise the student till his or her graduation, or Party C continues to supervise the student till his or her graduation.

　　第八條 附則Article 8 Additional Remarks

　　本合同以中文為準(zhǔn)。The contract of the Chinese version shall prevail.

　　本合同一式4份，甲、乙、丙三方各執(zhí)一份，另一份交丙方所在學(xué)院備案。

　　Four copies of the same contract are provided, with each party (Party A, Party B and Party C) holding a copy, with one copy filed in the School of Party C.
