No marked injury was observed in the organs and tissue of all the animals in the low-dose group. One month after the drug withdrawal, in the high-dose group, except one animal having mild dilatation of renal tubules and a few protein casts and one animal having focal lobular pneumonia, the other animals had no marked changes in each organ, indicating that the injuries to most organs had recovered on the 14th and 28th day after the administration; No marked pathological change was observed in middle- and low-dose groups.
