FOR INTERNATIONAL FENCING CHAMPIONSHIP

The Fencing Photo of the Year 2015 vote on the FIE Facebook Page and on the page of International Fencing Federation and  Weibo is not open to employees and their immediate families of FIE (the Promoter), Promoter’s affiliated companies, Promoter’s agents or anyone professionally connected with the FIE.

2. 擊劍照片投票參加者須為各國合法公民，在參加活動時年滿14歲，且有互聯(lián)網(wǎng)連接以及Facebook 頁面和/或微博有效賬戶。

The Fencing Photo vote is open to legal residents of their respective countries where not prohibited by law, who are fourteen (14) years of age or older at the time of entry who have Internet access and a valid Facebook and/or  Weibo profile prior to the beginning of the Contest Period.

3. 參加擊劍照片投票活動，所有參加者即被認為接受并遵守本協(xié)議與條款。

By taking part in the Fencing Photo Vote, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the present terms and conditions.

4. 本次投票活動不收取任何費用，也不需任何購買行為。

 There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this vote.

5. 每位參加者可投票/點贊多張擊劍照片。

Each entrant is allowed to vote/like for as many fencing photos he/she wants.

6. 擊劍照片投票將于2015年12月17日開始，于12月23日結(jié)束。所有在此期間進行點贊/投票的參加者均有資格贏得獎品。此日期后點贊/投票無效。國際劍聯(lián)有權(quán)延長或縮短活動期限。

The FencingPhoto of the Year 2015vote opens on 17 December 2015 and closes on 23 December 2015. All likes/votes for a fencing photo eligible to win a prize must be received on or before the time stated during that voting period. After this date no further likes/votes for a photo are entitled to win a prize. The promoter reserves the right to extend or shorten the contest at their sole discretion.

7. 所有在國際劍聯(lián)Facebook 頁面平臺、微博平臺和/或網(wǎng)站上關(guān)于如何參加此次活動的信息是本協(xié)議與條款的一部分。

All information, which are available on the FIE Facebook page, the FIE page on  Weibo and/or FIE website, detailing how to enter this competition forms part of the present terms and conditions.

8. 參加者可通過國際劍聯(lián)的Facebook 頁面平臺和微博平臺參與投票。參評照片位于國際劍聯(lián)Facebook 頁面的照片專輯Fencing Photo of the Year 2015或微博頁面的照片專輯2015年度擊劍照片投票中。得票最多的三張照片將呈現(xiàn)在《擊劍二十一世紀》年度印刷版雜志中。

Entrants can enter the vote through the FIE Facebook Page and through  Weibo. The images to like/vote on are in the Photo Album FencingPhoto of the Year 2015 on Facebook and on Weibo in the Album. The three photos with the most votes will be presented in the annual print magazine of the ESCRIME XXI publication.

9. 選定獲獎?wù)撸?2月23日11點國際劍聯(lián)將在所有參加者中隨機選定20位獲獎?wù)撸▏H劍聯(lián)Facebook 頁面平臺10人，微博平臺10人），有資格獲獎的參加者必須為點‘贊’或評論了Fencing Photo of the Year 2015或2015年度擊劍照片投票專輯中的至少一張照片。

Selecting winners: On 23 December at 11am the Promoter will draw randomly 20 winners among all entrants (10 on the FIE Facebook page and 10 on  Weibo) who voted for/liked on commented on at least one of the Photos presented in the Photo Album Fencing Photo of the Year 2015.

10. Facebook 頁面平臺上的獲獎?wù)呙謱⒃趪H劍聯(lián)Facebook 頁面發(fā)布，且須在72小時內(nèi)通過Facebook頁面信息聯(lián)系國際劍聯(lián)并提供接收獎品的地址。如國際劍聯(lián)在72小時未收到獲獎?wù)呗?lián)絡(luò)，獲獎將失效。所有參加者自行負責查看國際劍聯(lián)Facebook 頁面的獲獎通知。

The names of the winners on Facebook are posted on the FIE Facebook Timeline and are asked to contact the FIE within 72 hours via Facebook Messages and give a shipping address to which the prize shall be shipped. If the Promoter does not receive a response from the winner within 72 hours, the prize will forfeit. Each entrant is solely responsible for monitoring the FIE Facebook Timeline for prize notification.

微博平臺上的獲獎?wù)呙謱⒃趪H劍聯(lián)微博頁面發(fā)布，且須在72小時內(nèi)通過微博私信聯(lián)系國際劍聯(lián)并提供接收獎品的地址。如國際劍聯(lián)在72小時未收到獲獎?wù)呗?lián)絡(luò)，獲獎將失效。所有參加者自行負責查看國際劍聯(lián)微博頁面的獲獎通知。

The names of the winners on  Weibo are posted on the FIE Weibo page and are asked to contact the FIE within 72 hours via Weibo Messages and give a shipping address to which the prize shall be shipped. If the Promoter does not receive a response from the winner within 72 hours, the prize will forfeit. Each entrant is solely responsible for monitoring the FIE Weibo page for prize notification.

11. 未經(jīng)本人同意，任何獲獎?wù)呋蚱渌麉⒓诱叩膫€人信息將不被告知第三方。

Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

12. 獎品：每位獲獎?wù)邔@得一本國際劍聯(lián)2016年日歷。出現(xiàn)不可預(yù)知意外情況時，國際劍聯(lián)有權(quán)以等值或更高價值更換獎品或獎品的組成部分。將不另行通知。

Prizes: Each winner is entitled to win a FIE 2016 calendar. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize or any component of the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into.

13. 獎品不可轉(zhuǎn)讓、兌換現(xiàn)金、銷售或交換。

The prizes are not transferable, refundable, re-saleable or exchangeable.

14. 本協(xié)議與條款遵守瑞士法律，由本協(xié)議與條款產(chǎn)生或與其相關(guān)的一切爭議僅由沃州法庭裁斷。

The present terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Swiss law and the Vaud courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising out of or in connection with the present terms and conditions

15. 本活動不受Facebook 頁面、Twitter、微博或其它社交平臺贊助、背書或組織。參加者信息僅提供給國際劍聯(lián)而非其它方。

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter,  Weibo or any other Social Network. Winners are providing your information to the FIE and not to any other party.

16. 國際劍聯(lián)保留在2015年度照片投票期間如出現(xiàn)不可控情況時修改本協(xié)議與條款的權(quán)利。任何修改將在本協(xié)議與條款頂端說明。

The Promoter reserves the right to amend the present terms and conditions at any point during the FIE Fencing Photo of the Year 2015 Timeline Vote if circumstances outside our control make this unavoidable. Any amendments will be explained at the top of the present terms and conditions.
