　　Project Name: Four Years’ Maintenance Service for Bangladesh Ghorasal 2×150MW

　　Gas Turbine Generator Units

　　2、 項目總價：我方按照業(yè)主要求，完成附件1 所列服務(wù)項目工作，對該項目總體報

　　價為 USD2,284,800元。

　　Total Price of Project: According to the Owner’s requirement, our party shall finish the services for project scheduled in Appendix 1. Total quotation for this project is USD2,284,800.

　　3、 以上報價包括： Above quotation includes:

　　? 我方人員工資, 加班工資, 補助、交通費，保險、企業(yè)的有關(guān)費用、中國國內(nèi)的稅收等。(業(yè)主方須提供必要的生活辦公設(shè)施如：住房、辦公室、辦公桌、椅、床、空調(diào)，以及廚房用具等)。

　　Our personnel’s salary, overtime pay, subsidy, traffic expense, insurance, relevant charge of enterprise, tax in China, etc. (The Owner shall afford necessary facilities for living and working, such as: living rooms, offices, desks, chairs, beds, air-conditioners and appliance in kitchen.

　　? 我方人員的簽證費及相關(guān)費用，但不包括在當(dāng)?shù)氐母鞣N稅費及管理費用。

　　Our personnel’s fee for visa and relevant fees, however, not include local various taxes and charges or management fees.

　　? 我方人員日常辦公費用、通訊費用等。

　　Our personnel’s daily working charges and communication charges.

　　Bangladesh Ghorasal 2×150MW Gas Turbine Generator Units Long Term Service Scope

　　我方派駐人員，主要完成該2臺機組質(zhì)保期后開始的商業(yè)運行期間，共四年的服務(wù)工作，工作形式為技術(shù)監(jiān)督和指導(dǎo)，不負(fù)責(zé)檢修維護的人員組織和材料備件組織(除非甲方另有要求)。

　　The personnel dispatched from our party should mainly finish four years’service for 2 units during business operation after warrantee period. Service forms include technology supervision and instruction, not including organizing overhaul &; maintenance staffs or material spare parts (Unless The Owner has other requirement).

　　對于4年期內(nèi)的大小修項目，不包含在本服務(wù)范圍內(nèi)，但可作為單獨項目另行約定費用及工作內(nèi)容。

　　Overhaul and minor overhaul items in the four years are not included in this service scope, but they can be agreed on fees and service content as an independent item.

　　我方報價和工作內(nèi)容暫時不包括備品備件、材料、生產(chǎn)消耗性材料的采購，若業(yè)主有要求，可另行約定費用及內(nèi)容。

　　Our quotation and service scope do not include purchase of spare parts, material, consumable material for production temporarily. If The Owner requires, it could be negotiated on fees and content separately.

　　其主要內(nèi)容如下Main content is as follows:

　　1、設(shè)備停運期間的檢查和廠家要求的定期檢查根據(jù)燃?xì)廨啓C發(fā)電機定期停運檢查要求或參照制造商說明和下表所列時間：

　　Inspection during outage of equipments and periodical inspection The Owner required should be carried out according to periodical outage inspection requirements of GTG or

　　2、重點檢查和指導(dǎo)的工作

　　Disassembly of thermal block and combustion chamber (Reference measurements have to be taken for coupling alignments, blade and labyrinth Clearances required for re-assembly, as required).

　　燃機和壓氣機上汽缸的拆卸Disassembly of gas turbine and compressor upper casing

　　燃機和壓氣機及轉(zhuǎn)子的拆卸。? Disassembly of Gas Turbine and compressor rotors.

　　清洗工作? Cleaning work.

　　所有電動機(包括啟動電動機/勵磁機)和輔件等的檢修。

　　Overhauling of all electrical motors (including start motor/exciter) and accessories etc.

　　按要求執(zhí)行調(diào)節(jié)、控制系統(tǒng)和維修/替換的泄漏和功能檢查。

　　Carry out leakage and functional inspection of regulating, control system and repair/ eplacement as required.

　　葉輪(壓氣機&汽輪機)的視覺控制。 Visual control of the blade (compressor & turbine).

　　如果要求，檢查和替換燃機定子葉片。Inspect and change gas turbine stator blade, if requires.

　　如果要求，檢查和替換燃機轉(zhuǎn)子葉片。 Inspect and replace gas turbine rotor blade, if requires.

　　如果要求，檢查和替換壓氣機定子葉片。 Inspect and change compressor stator blade, if requires.

　　熱氣套管的檢修? Inspect and repair hot gas casing

　　如果必要，檢查燃料室和爐子、部件的替換

　　Inspect combustion chamber and burner and replace parts as necessary

　　按要求檢查替換燃汽輪機發(fā)電機的軸承? Inspect and replace GTG bearings as required.

　　發(fā)電機/發(fā)電機轉(zhuǎn)子的大檢 Major inspection of Generator/Generator rotor.

　　按要求檢查發(fā)電機定子/發(fā)電機轉(zhuǎn)子和繞組與維修/替換

　　Check Generator stator / Generator rotor and windings and repair/ replacement as required.

　　按要求檢查電氣&控制系統(tǒng)和維修/替換

　　Inspect electrical & control system and repair/ replacement as required.

　　按要求檢查冷卻水&潤滑油系統(tǒng)和維修/替換

　　Inspect cooling water & lube oil system and repair/ replacement as required.

　　如果必要，平衡燃機轉(zhuǎn)子 Balance the GT rotor, if necessary.

　　機組的再次裝配Re-assembling of the units.

　　為了機組大修&調(diào)試成功，完成由于疏忽而被落下的工作。

　　Complete any other works left due to oversight for successful overhauling & commissioning of the unit.

　　燃?xì)廨啓C發(fā)電機組的再次調(diào)試 Re-commissioning of the Gas Turbine Generator units.

　　與基本輔機設(shè)備相關(guān)的主要維護工作(如GBC機組等)

　　Major maintenance work relating to the essential BOP equipment (e.g. GBC units, etc.)

　　附件2：Appendix 2

　　孟加拉國Ghorasal 2×150MW燃?xì)獍l(fā)電機組長期運行維護檢修指導(dǎo)人員(工程師)設(shè)置

　　Bangladesh Ghorasal 2×150MW Gas Turbine Generator Units Personnel (Engineers) Allocation of Long-term Operation & Maintenance & Overhaul

　　Remark:

　　1、以上人員為技術(shù)指導(dǎo)服務(wù)人員(專家)。

　　Above are technology conduct & service personnel (Expert).

　　2、日常檢修維護所要的其他工作人員以及運行人員，均為業(yè)主方人員。

　　All other personnel and operation personnel for daily overhaul & maintenance should be from The Owner party.

　　附件3： Appendix 3

　　合同差異(須澄清) Contract Difference (should be clarified)

　　1、本長期服務(wù)是否包含對業(yè)主人員的培訓(xùn)。

　　Whether this Long-term Service includes training for The Owner’s personnel.

　　2、 業(yè)主方需提供全套設(shè)計資料，運行規(guī)程、檢修規(guī)程、維護規(guī)程以及相關(guān)圖紙，設(shè)備臺賬、設(shè)備說明書等支持資料。

　　The Owner should afford complete design data, operation regulation, overhaul regulation, maintenance regulation and relevant drawing, equipment accounting, equipment guideline and other support data.

　　3、 我方人員僅作合同所列項目的運行指導(dǎo)，檢修維護監(jiān)督指導(dǎo)。不負(fù)責(zé)任人員組織和備品備件采購和管理。

　　Our party’s personnel only offer operation conduct, overhaul & maintenance & monitoring conduct of items scheduled in contract, not being responsible for organizing personnel, purchasing and managing spares.

　　4、 備品備件的采購可由業(yè)主委托我方代為采購。若需要需重新計算約定費用及服務(wù)范圍。

　　The Owner could authorize our party to purchase spares for them. If The Owner authorizes our party to purchase spares, it should calculate and agree on fees and service scope again.

　　5、我方人員僅做技術(shù)指導(dǎo)，作為技術(shù)支持，指導(dǎo)監(jiān)督其關(guān)鍵性的檢查、維護、試運轉(zhuǎn)工作，參與關(guān)鍵工作環(huán)節(jié)的工作。但不負(fù)責(zé)日常維護以及大小修工作的人員組織和實施。

　　Our party’s personnel only offer technology conduct, conducting and monitoring critical inspection, maintenance, trial operation, attending work of critical work link as technology supporter. Not being responsible for organizing personnel of daily maintenance and overhaul & minor overhaul or executing.
