　　買方：Buyer

　　根據(jù)《財(cái)政部 國家發(fā)展改革委關(guān)于開展節(jié)能產(chǎn)品惠民工程的通知》賣方已在推廣目錄中的高效低壓三相異步電動(dòng)機(jī)符合節(jié)能財(cái)政補(bǔ)貼標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 根據(jù)《實(shí)施細(xì)則》及《高效節(jié)能產(chǎn)品推廣財(cái)政補(bǔ)助資金管理暫行辦法》的相關(guān)規(guī)定，特?cái)M定本協(xié)議：

　　According to the Ministry of Finance, National Development and Reform Commission: Notice on Promotion the Energy-saving Products and Benefit the Citizens Project, Product High efficiency low voltage three-phase asynchronous motor from the seller meets the subsidy standard of Energy-saving Products and Benefit the Citizens Project. According to related regulation of Implementation Details and Financial Assistance Fund Management Interim Measures for Promotion of Efficient Energy-saving Products, the agreement was drawn up as:

　　高效電機(jī)推廣財(cái)政補(bǔ)貼標(biāo)準(zhǔn)依據(jù)《通知》具體為：

　　According to the Notice, details of efficient electric motor financial assistance fund are:

　　一、 本協(xié)議補(bǔ)貼憑證為目錄所規(guī)定的賣方出具的增值稅發(fā)票：

　　The Agreement subsidy certificate is the VAT invoice issued by the seller:

　　二、本協(xié)議補(bǔ)貼憑證為目錄所規(guī)定的《合同》：

　　The Agreement subsidy certificate is the Contract according to the directory:

　　買方承諾：Buyer promises:

　　買方為協(xié)議約定高效電機(jī)的最終使用者;

　　The buyer is the final user of the efficient motor as agreed in the agreement.

　　若買方不是協(xié)議約定高效電機(jī)的最終使用者，則以同樣方式與使用者簽訂的補(bǔ)償約定，確保最終用戶是財(cái)政補(bǔ)貼資金受益人。

　　If the buyer is not the final user of the efficient motor, the buyer must sign the Energy-saving Products subsidy agreement in the same way, to ensure the final user is the financial allowance fund beneficiary.

　　四、 本協(xié)議節(jié)能電機(jī)總量為： 千瓦，補(bǔ)貼金為： 元;

　　The total amount of the energy-saving motor is: KW, the subsidy amount is RMB.

　　五、 賣方承諾: 在賣方申報(bào)的高效電機(jī)月度推廣情況表經(jīng)財(cái)政部、地方財(cái)政部門、節(jié)能主管部門審核通過;并獲得專項(xiàng)核查清算進(jìn)行補(bǔ)貼資金清算后的七個(gè)工作日內(nèi)，向買方支付惠民補(bǔ)貼金 元;

　　The seller promise: the Energy-saving Products high efficiency motor promotion form is approved by the Ministry of Finance, local finance department, energy department, and within 7 working days after special check clearing, they will pay RMB as subsidy to the buyer.

　　六、 買方承諾收到補(bǔ)貼資金后按照政策規(guī)定提供規(guī)定憑證;

　　The buyer promises that to provide the required certificate in accordance with the policies and regulations.

　　七、 買方所作承諾真實(shí)有效, 如有不實(shí),將承擔(dān)相應(yīng)的法律責(zé)任;

　　The buyer ensure their promise to be true and valid, if not, the buyer will bear the corresponding legal responsibility.

　　八、 本協(xié)議蓋章生效，協(xié)議一式三份，賣方二份、買方一份。

　　The agreement will take into effect after stamping. This agreement is to be signed for three copies. The seller will hold two copies while the buyer will hold one.
