CONTRACT FOR EXHIBITION STAGE PUTTING UP

　　Customer agrees to sign this contract on the agreement that the contractor will go on and finish the following project (hereinafter referred to as This Project ):

　　基于承建方將執(zhí)行并完成下述所列項(xiàng)目(以下簡(jiǎn)稱項(xiàng)目)，客戶方同意簽訂此項(xiàng)同意書。

　　After numerous friendly negotiations between the customer and the contractor, both agree on the fabrication cost of this project.

　　經(jīng)共同友情協(xié)商，客戶方和承建方對(duì)該項(xiàng)目的制作費(fèi)用已達(dá)成一致意見(jiàn)。

　　The contract was signed by the customer and the contractor, and the contract clauses of protocol of both sides are as follows:

　　合同由客戶方和承建方共同簽署，雙方合同條款為以下所述：

　　Article 1 條款1

　　The obligations of both sides: In order to obtain the amount of money that article 2 stipulates.

　　雙方的義務(wù)：按條款2規(guī)定，合同所列的項(xiàng)目制造費(fèi)用

　　The contractor must construct the stage meticulously according to the design proposal approved in the course of bid of both sides, in charge of coordination work with exhibition sponsor, and make sure the stage can be used normally during this exhibition period. (Design proposal as an appendix of this contract.)

　　承建方必須細(xì)致的按照雙方同意的設(shè)計(jì)書的要求建造和搭建展臺(tái)，負(fù)責(zé)和展會(huì)贊助商的協(xié)調(diào)工作，確保展臺(tái)在展會(huì)舉行期間正常使用。(合同附件請(qǐng)參見(jiàn)設(shè)計(jì)書。)

　　The customer should pay the project fund on schedule according to the stipulations of this contract (Total U.S.$ ), cooperate with contractor to launch the work and provide necessary information. (See detailed price as an appendix of this contract.)

　　客戶方應(yīng)按照合同規(guī)定如期支付項(xiàng)目費(fèi)用(總額為美金 )，配合承建方的工作并提供相關(guān)信息。(合同附件請(qǐng)參見(jiàn)報(bào)價(jià)明細(xì)表。)

　　Article 2 條款2

　　The amount of money of this project for contractor is U.S.$ . 項(xiàng)目的總費(fèi)用為美金

　　The above-mentioned amount of money include all the artificial, material and mechanical fee needed by the contractor to put up the stage, but does not include any relevant expenses and extra material, extra mechanical equipment of the customer personnel, and some mechanical equipment lease not included in quotation of prices.

　　以上所述費(fèi)用包括搭建展臺(tái)所需的人工費(fèi)，材料費(fèi)和相關(guān)機(jī)器設(shè)備使用費(fèi)，但不包括相關(guān)的花費(fèi)額外材料費(fèi)，客戶方工作人員的額外設(shè)備費(fèi)，及其他設(shè)備租賃費(fèi)。

　　Article 3 條款3

　　Time limit for this project: From the day this contract signed to (Month) (Day), 2016.

　　The contractor must begin relevant preparation within the first day after receiving the advance payment of the project.

　　The legal efficacy of this contract will disappear once this exhibition ends, then both don’t have to execute the contract.

　　項(xiàng)目的時(shí)間限期為：自合同簽署日2016年 月 日起

　　承建方必須收到項(xiàng)目的預(yù)付款的第一天開始相關(guān)準(zhǔn)備工作。

　　合同的合法有效性將于展會(huì)結(jié)束后立即結(jié)束，雙方無(wú)需繼續(xù)履行此項(xiàng)合同。

　　Article 4 條款4

　　The contract will include following file: 合同將包括以下文件：

　　1. Final quotation of prices of this project (See appendix). 最終項(xiàng)目報(bào)價(jià)單(請(qǐng)看報(bào)價(jià)明細(xì)表)

　　Article 5 條款5

　　About paying the bill: 關(guān)于款項(xiàng)支付：

　　1. Divided two payments contracted. 款項(xiàng)支付分為兩部分。

　　2. Advanced payment: The customer pays 50% amount of money (U.S.$ ), above-mentioned in Article 2, to the contractor on the day the contract is signed.

　　預(yù)付款：按條款2所列，客戶方在合同簽署的當(dāng)天支付全部款項(xiàng)的50%作為預(yù)付款 (美金 )

　　3. Close payment: On the day the stage was put up, (Day) (Month), 2016, the left 50 % amount of money (U.S.$ ), above-mentioned in Article 2, will be paid to contractor.

　　余款：按條款2所列，在展臺(tái)搭建完的第7天，即2016年 月 日，客戶方需支付剩余款項(xiàng)，即50%的全部款項(xiàng)。

　　4. The contractor is responsible for cooperating with customer's matters in the scene during the exhibition, and will arrange personnel on duty.

　　承建方將負(fù)責(zé)在展會(huì)期間就展臺(tái)場(chǎng)景與客戶方配合，并在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安排相關(guān)工作人員。

　　Article 6 條款6

　　1. If the dispute takes place between the customer and the contractor, it will be resolved through consultation. While consultation doesn’t work, the dispute will be solved through The Arbitration Law.

　　如客戶方和承建方之間發(fā)生爭(zhēng)議，雙方將進(jìn)行協(xié)商解決。如果無(wú)法協(xié)商，爭(zhēng)議將依照仲裁法解決。

　　2. If the customer and the contractor don’t execute the obligation according to this contract, pay the amount of money, and the other behavior to make the contract can not be continued, the customer or the contractor should be responsible for breaking the contract, and pay forfeit. The forfeit money will not be more than the amount money of this project.

　　如客戶方和承建方中有任何一方?jīng)]有執(zhí)行合同的義務(wù)，如客戶方未支付合同規(guī)定的全部款項(xiàng)，如任何一方的行為造成合同無(wú)法繼續(xù)，客戶方或承建方應(yīng)有責(zé)任中斷該合同，并支付違約金。違約金規(guī)定不超過(guò)該項(xiàng)目全部費(fèi)用。

　　Article 7 條款7

　　This contract is done in duplicate, after both sides’ sign, each hold a share.

　　合同將一式兩份，雙方簽署之后，各方各執(zhí)一份。
