TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TICKET SALE OF DANCING SHOW 澳門歌舞廳表演觀眾須知
1.Any person or entity purchasing tickets to dancing show agrees to be bound by these terms and condions. DANCING SHOW (the Management) reserve the right to amend, delete, and/or add to these T&C without prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion. The Macau Law shall govern these T&C and all purchasers of tickets and/or patrons agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Macau courts.
任何購買歌舞表演門票之人士或機構(gòu)同意受本條款及細則約束,新濠天地及歌舞表演(管理層)保留對本條款及細則進行更改、刪除、及/或附加之權(quán)利而無需他人同意。本條款及細則受澳門法律所約束,而任何購買門票之人士或機構(gòu)同意接受澳門法院之專屬管轄。
2. The ticket is purchased for the show and session as specified on the tickets but the date and time of the show may be subject to change. In such instance, there is no obligation to refund or exchange the tickets. All tickets sold are subject to the Management’s right to cancel, alter and/or reschedule the performance, add, withdraw or substitute artists, vary advertised programs, change the prices, venues or audience capacity.
門票只適用于指定的表演及演出時段,如演出的日期或時間有所改變管理層并沒有義務(wù)退款或退換門票。管理層有權(quán)將節(jié)目取消或改期,增加、刪減或更換演出者,修改節(jié)目內(nèi)容、演出地點或座位數(shù)目。
3. All ticket sales are final. All completed and confirmed transactions cannot be cancelled, and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for any reason. The Management cannot be held responsible for any lost, stolen or destroyed tickets.
門票一經(jīng)出售代表交易已完結(jié),所有已完成及已確認之交易不得取消,退款或退換。管理層對遺失、被盜或遭損毀之門票概不負責(zé)。
4. Tickets should only be purchased directly from Management authorized sales channels and official ticket agents. Any person holding a ticket that is acquired through a non-authorized sales channel such as resold tickets will be refused admission to the show.
門票應(yīng)直接從管理層認可之售票點及官方售票處購買,客人若從不正當?shù)耐緩劫徺I門票,如轉(zhuǎn)售之門票,將會被拒絕進場。
5. Tickets may only be used by the holder to gain admission to the relevant show and may not be resold or offered for resale at any price in excess of the initial purchase price (whether through online auction sites or otherwise) or be used for or in connection with advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes (including without limitation to competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services, either by the original buyer or any subsequent bearer, unless authorized by the Management. The Management reserves the right to cancel any tickets that have been resold and to deny any such customer entry to the show without a refund.
The Management shall not be liable for any complaints, claims, refunds, or exchange for any reason and shall not be deemed to be in breach of these T&C. Neither is Management liable for any delay or non-performance which is due to any cause beyond its reasonable control, or for any costs incurred other than the cost of the tickets.
門票只能用于進入相關(guān)表演場地,門票不得轉(zhuǎn)售或以更高價試圖轉(zhuǎn)售(不論是通過網(wǎng)上拍賣或其他方式),或用于廣告、促銷或其他商業(yè)用途(包括但不限于商業(yè)競爭和促銷優(yōu)惠)或宣傳其他商品或服務(wù),獲管理層批準除外。管理層有權(quán)取消任何轉(zhuǎn)售之門票及禁止此類持票人進入表演場地,并且不設(shè)退款。
管理層不會為任何投訴、索償、退款或退票承擔(dān)責(zé)任,且不應(yīng)被視為違反本條款及細則,也不承擔(dān)任何延遲或取消演出而引起之后果,若是由于其控制范圍以外之因素,管理層亦不會承擔(dān)任何票價以外之賠償。
6. One person per ticket regardless of age. Persons purchasing, claiming or collecting purchased tickets are required to present their valid photo ID, confirmation number, the credit card used for purchase and/or relevant confirmation documents (if applicable).
Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Persons under 18 years of age should seek parental consent before buying tickets.
Children under 6 years of age are not recommended to attend the show.
不論年齡,一人一票;購買、認領(lǐng)或提取門票的人士,須出示有效證件、確認編號和用于購買門票之信用卡或相關(guān)確認文件(如適用)。
12歲或以下兒童需由至少一位成人陪同方可入場。
未滿18歲的人士,購票之前應(yīng)征求父母同意。
不建議6歲以下小童入場。
7. Paper and electronic tickets are printed with unique reference numbers and security features. Holders of any other ticket type will be refused admission to the show and may face prosecution.
The Management reserves the right to cancel or modify redemptions where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or the redemptions contain or are resulted from a mistake or error.
The Management reserves the right to refuse admission to the show and theater and determine the time and manner in which customers are to be admitted. For example, latecomers may be refused admission until a suitable break in the show as determined by the Management.
印刷及電子門票印有獨特的編號和安全鑒定。持有任何其他門票者將被拒絕入場,并可能被起訴。若發(fā)現(xiàn)持票人參與欺詐或其他不法活動,或發(fā)現(xiàn)所持有之門票屬誤發(fā)或于兌換過程有失誤,管理層保留修改或取消此交易之權(quán)利。
管理層有權(quán)拒絕持票人入場,管理層亦有權(quán)決定遲到者入場的時間和方式,例如直到表演適當時段才準許入場。
8. Travel to and from the venue is the sole responsibility of the customer. No refund and exchange will be permitted due to the alteration, late arrival, unavailability, postponement or cancellation of travel services by land, air or sea.
持票人需對來回演出場地之交通負上全責(zé),因此,當海陸空交通有所更改、遲到、服務(wù)暫停、推遲或取消時,持票人不會獲退款或退票。
9. Customers attending the show do so at their own risk. The customer voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the show whether occurring before, during or after the show. The Management is not responsible for any loss, damage, personal injury, liability or death so caused (unless such death or personal injury was caused by negligence of the Management). The customer assumes all risks and liabilities for any medical conditions associated with attending the show. The Management shall bear no liability for any personal injuries, health problems or death sustained at a show, whether it is directly or indirectly resulting from any existing medical condition of the customer.
持票人須自行承擔(dān)觀賞表演之有關(guān)風(fēng)險。持票人自愿承擔(dān)所有由表演附帶的風(fēng)險和危險,不論是表演之前、期間或之后。管理層不會對任何損失、損害、人身傷害或死亡負責(zé)或作出賠償(除非管理層疏忽造成的死亡或人身傷害)。觀眾承擔(dān)出席與觀賞演出之有關(guān)風(fēng)險和責(zé)任。管理層不承擔(dān)任何人身傷害、健康問題、直接或間接因觀眾現(xiàn)有的健康情況導(dǎo)致,并于演出時發(fā)生的死亡意外。
10. The Management reserves the right to alter the seat allocation by providing alternative seats to those specified on the ticket without prior notice. If this is necessary for any reason, the Management will reimburse any reduction in value between the original and altered seat allocation.
管理層保留自行安排座位之權(quán)利,有權(quán)安排與票上指定座號不同的座位,恕不另行通知。如有必要,管理層將退還原來座位和變更座位票價之差額。
11. For security purposes and upon request, the customer may be subject to inspection and for these purposes must open any bag, package or other item which is in his or her possession before entering the theater. Customers who do not agree to be searched may be denied entry or ejected from the premises.
As per the law of Macau, smoking is not permitted in the theater.
All mobile phones, portable communication devices or any other electronic equipment should be disabled when inside the theater to avoid disturbing the performance.
出于安全理由,持票人可能會被要求接受檢查,必須打開任何進入表演廳前持有的手袋、包裝袋或其他物件。不同意接受檢查的客人可能會被拒絕入場或被要求離開。
根據(jù)澳門法律,表演廳內(nèi)不準吸煙。
在表演廳內(nèi)應(yīng)關(guān)上手機、任何手提通訊設(shè)備或其他電子儀器,以免影響演出。
12. The Management reserves the right to refuse admission to any person whose conduct is disorderly or inappropriate or who poses a threat to security or to the enjoyment of the show without refund or compensation. Customers who cause a disturbance, act inappropriately or refuse to comply with requests made by the Management will be evicted from theater without any refund or compensation.
管理層保留權(quán)利拒絕任何行為不規(guī)矩或不適當、影響他人享受節(jié)目或構(gòu)成安全威脅的人士進場,在此情況下,管理部門將不會退款或賠償。任何造成滋擾,行為不當,或不遵守管理層提出之要求的觀眾,將被趕出表演廳,且不獲退款或賠償。
13. Customers must abide by and follow all public announcements, directions, warnings or regulations in relation to the entry to and remaining within the theater.
Unauthorized soliciting, selling of goods and tickets or customer survey is prohibited.
Customers accept the risk of getting wet when seated on the first few rows. No requests for compensation will be entertained.
The show contains strobe lighting, loud audio effects and motorbike stunts. The Management will not be held liable for any health issues directly resulting from attending the show at the theater.
進入及于表演廳逗留的客人必須遵守所有公告、指示、警告及規(guī)則。
禁止非法拉客,未經(jīng)批準不可推銷商品、門票或進行客戶調(diào)查。
坐在較前排的觀眾需接受可能被濺濕的風(fēng)險,將不會獲任何賠償。
演出包含頻閃照明、響亮的聲音效果和摩托車特技。管理層對任何因表演直接造成的健康問題概不負責(zé)。
14. The following restricted / prohibited items are not permitted in the theater:
Outside food or beverage, glass bottles, cans and alcoholic beverages (except those purchased at the theater),long handled umbrellas, large bags and luggage,pets (only service animals are permitted),aerosol cans, firearms, fireworks, laser pointers,knives or other dangerous weapons,banners, flags and metal flag poles,whistles and any noise makers,confetti or shredded paper,any item or restricted object deemed by the management to be dangerous or inappropriate
Throwing objects, uses of lighting sources such as laser pointers, flash photography or similar devices are strictly prohibited.
No film cameras, video cameras or recording devices of any kind and in any format such as mobile phones with video recording devices incorporated will be allowed in the theater. Recording of the show, either via image, sound or both is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized recordings will be confiscated and deleted.
Customers must be appropriately clothed and must wear shoes. Customers not appropriately clothed and/or with bare feet will not be permitted entry.
不可攜帶下列物品進入表演廳:
外來食品及飲品、玻璃瓶、易拉罐和含酒精的飲料(在表演廳購買者除外)、長柄雨傘、大型手提袋、行李、寵物(允許服務(wù)動物)、氣霧罐、槍械、煙花、激光指燈、刀具或其他危險的武器、橫額、彩旗和金屬旗桿、哨子或任何制造噪音的工具、紙屑或碎紙、任何管理層認為是危險或不適當?shù)倪`禁物。嚴禁向表演臺投擲任何物品,亦不可用閃光拍照、激光指燈或其他類似儀器。禁止攜帶相機、攝錄機或任何錄影儀器(如設(shè)有錄像裝置的手機)進場。無論是錄影節(jié)目的圖像或聲音又或是兩者,都是禁止的。未經(jīng)授權(quán)的錄制片段將被沒收和刪除。
觀眾必須穿著適合公共場所的衣服和必須穿鞋。沒穿著適當衣服和/或赤腳的客人將不準進場。
15. The Management will not be liable for any delay or cancellation due to any force majeure such as power failure, fire, explosion, flood, typhoon Signal No. 8 and above, storm or similar disasters, strikes, industrial disputes, abnormally inclement weather, war, insurrection, riot, civil disturbance, acts or threats of terrorism, act of God, communicable disease outbreaks, industrial action, acts or regulations of national or local governments, governmental order or decrees, or any other cause beyond its reasonable control.
管理層將不會對任何因不可抗力的因素而造成的影響負責(zé),如表演延誤或取消、停電、火災(zāi)、爆炸、洪水、八號或以上臺風(fēng)、暴雨或類似災(zāi)害、罷工、勞資糾紛、異常惡劣天氣、戰(zhàn)爭、叛亂、暴動、內(nèi)亂、恐怖主義行為或威脅、天災(zāi)、傳染病爆發(fā)、工業(yè)行動、國家或地方政府的法令或條例、政府指令或法規(guī),或任何其他超出其控制的合理原因。
16. Without prejudice to Clause 5 & 27, for any show cancelled, the Management shall only be responsible for refunding the cost of ticket(s) or exchange your tickets at the same price, whether the tickets are purchased as part of any travel package or not (options to be determined by the Management). Customers may be offered seats at alternative performances (subject to availability and Management’s decision) up to the cost of ticket(s). Refunds via original purchasing credit/debit cards will be processed within 30 working days. The Management shall have no further liability to customers beyond the face value of the ticket purchased. Any refund shall be made to the holders of the authorized / valid tickets only.
在沒有抵觸條款5及27之情況下,對于任何已被取消的演出,不論門票是否跟旅游套票一起購買,管理層只負責(zé)退還門票面值的價格,或以同一門票價格退換,一切由管理層作決定。管理層可向門票持有人提供其他價值最高為原有門票面值的節(jié)目門票(一切視乎門票供應(yīng)情況并由管理層決定)。通過信用卡/扣賬卡購買門票的退款將于30天之內(nèi)退還。管理層將不會對超出門票面值的金額負責(zé)。只會退款予官方/有效門票持有人。
17. Complimentary tickets are not eligible for cash refunds. In the event of cancellation or postponement of a performance, holders of complimentary tickets should contact the department that has offered the ticket for an exchange of ticket.
The English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail wherever there is a discrepancy between the English and the Chinese versions.
贈票將不獲現(xiàn)金退款。假若演出取消或推遲,贈票持有人應(yīng)聯(lián)絡(luò)提供贈票的部門,以處理換票事宜。
倘若此條款及細則之中英文版存有差異,則以英文版為準。
